Maintenance
AC is becoming more and more essential these days, and AC systems are becoming more and more complex. This is why professional maintenance is absolutely essential to ensure your AC is able to keep up with the demand.
The refrigeration process is a complex system with many moving elements all working together to create the perfect condition for cold air. If one element is out of balance or is clogged and dirty, this will inevitably lead to warmer air coming out of your ducts, higher energy costs as the system runs longer to keep up, and more wear and tear on all the electrical systems within the AC. Electrical Components
Inspection of all electrical components and electrical boards looking for loose connections, unsafe wiring or damaged wires that could lead to a short or fires.
AC Fan Motor and Blades
Inspection of the AC fan motor and blades taking amp draws on the motor to ensure proper operation and inspection of the fan blades making sure there is no damage or buildup of slime or other outdoors growth that could be reducing its efficiency.
Start Capacitor and Contractors
Testing start capacitor and contactors to ensure they are operating within the manufacturers specs. This helps avoid a breakdown during the hottest days when you need it most.
Compressor Amp Draw and Start Amps
Compressor amp draw and start amps. This will indicate if the large motor within the compressor needs any assistance starting or if it is going out and needs further attention.
Filters
Filters are changed if provided and the filter system is inspected for any gaps or improper sizing that could be leading to extended runtimes or a premature amount of dust getting past the filter leading to a dirt blower wheel and potential service calls.
Outdoor coils
Outdoor coils are cleared of debris and cleaned thoroughly with a AC coil rated cleaning solution and then rinsed well with water to ensure the most efficient airflow.
Interior Electrical Cabinets
Interior electrical cabinets are cleaned of any dirt, spider webs or anything else that shouldn’t be in there to prevent electrical shorts.
Refrigerant Levels
Refrigerant level readings are taken to make sure the system is leak free and operating within the manufacturer specified range. Low refrigerant can lead to warm air, freezing refrigerant lines and compressor damage.

A full report of all readings and measurements with any recommended repairs or services listed.
